The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests June 13 - 22. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

June 16

Traveion Horton, 18, of Baker Ridge Dr., Atlanta, Ga., was charged with assault and battery. No bond was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

June 17

Brent Brandon Hinnant, 26, of Laurel Branch Rd., Hayesville, was issued a fugitive warrant for failure to appear for Rabun County, Ga. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew T. Breedlove made the arrest.

Alton Owens Jr., 29, of Wells Grove Rd., was charged with assault by strangulation, assault on a female. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Stephanie Elaine Hamilton, 36, of Passmore Rd., was charged with forgery of an instrument, obtaining property by false pretense. A $6,000 bond was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

June 18

Adrienne Nichole Carver, 28, of Davis Rd., Otto, was charged with failure to appear for breaking and entering, injury to real property, first degree trespassing for enter/remain. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Cody Mitchell made the arrest.

June 19

Jeremy Allen Ford, 35, of McClure Mill Rd., was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Joshua D. Stewart made the arrest.

June 20

Adam Joshua Sanders, 28, of Lyle Knob Rd., was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/ dwelling/place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $250,000 was set. Adam L. Crawford made the arrest.

James Fred Hurst, 41, of Mashburn Branch Rd., was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $250,000 was set. Adam L. Crawford made the arrest.

Jeremy Kenneth Stanley, 19, of Kirkland Rd., was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. Elizabeth Anne Tice, 18, of Wide Horizon Dr., was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance. Randy Ray Murphy, 55, of Harper Ln., was charged with failure to appear for simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan C. Bean made the arrest.

Amanda Dawn Clawson, 34, of Mill Creek Rd., Cullowhee, was charged with larceny, breaking and entering. A $3,000 bond was set. Brandon D. Hooper made the arrest.

Saith David Cucumber, 20, of Bali Dr., Cherokee, was charged with felony probation violation, conspiracy to commit armed robbery. No bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Heather Fawn Smith, 40, of Old School Loop, was charged with failure to appear for not wearing seat belt for driver, driving while license revoked, no registration. A $3,000 bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.

Dylan Samuel Hoyle, 20, of Begoina Ln., was charged with failure to appear for resisting a public officer. A $3,000 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Heather Riann Hoyle, 37, of Begoina Ln., was charged with failure to appear for misdemeanor probation violation, possession of paraphernalia. A $2,500 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Allison Mary Lewis, 16, of Maynor Dr., was charged with failure to appear for consuming alcohol under the age of 19. A $1,200 bond was set. Zachary D. Gibbs made the arrest.

Saith David Cucumber, 20, of Bali Dr., Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear for injury to real property. A $3,200 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

David Anthony Fabian, 31, of Holly Forest Ln., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz, possession of marijuana paraphernalia. A $250 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

Crystal L. Fabian, 31, of Holly Forest Ln., Whittier, was charged with failure to appear for unsafe tires, driving while license revoked not impaired. A $250 bond was set. Mark C. Junaluska made the arrest.

Christopher Aquan Rosbor, 24, of Ebony Dr., was charged with, larceny by employee, obtaining money/property by false pretense, possession of stolen property. A $20,000 bond was set. Rollie L. James III made the arrest.

Curtis Bradford Smith, 38, of Lee St., was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, drug violations for equipment/paraphernalia, possessing/ concealing, maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/ sell/distribute a schedule VI controlled substance. Lanny Raine Constance, 39, of Mill St., was charged with communicating threats, assault on a female. No bond was set. Daniel B. Wellmon made the arrest.
