Arrest Reports

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Nov. 5 - Nov. 17. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

November 10

Gary Michael Passmore, 28, of Cook Road, was charged with contempt of court. A secured bond of $1,300 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Daniel Jackson Smith, 49, of Wide Horizon Drive, was charged with parole and probation violations. No bond was set. Troy Burt made the arrest.

November 11

George Victor Preda, 60, of Maplewood Lane, was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Sandra Elaine McCormick, 20, Skeenah Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; probation and parole violations. A secured bond of $52,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

November 12

Joshua Ray Fitch, 29, of Belle Dowdle Road, was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

November 5

Erin Miranda Reichelt-Willis, 32, of Love Street, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

November 9

Jared Burt Howard, 39, of Orchard View Drive, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone, possession of alprazolam. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

November 12

Wylene Elizabeth Wall, 26, of Pitts Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

November 14

Paul Steven Anderson, 25, of Green Street, was charged with larceny. A written promise was given. Matt Pellicer made the arrest.

Charles Benson Grindstaff, 63, was charged with trespassing. A $250 secured bond was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

November 15

Geovanni Langarica Morales, 24, of Porter Street, was charged with driving while impaired, open container, no operator’s license. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

November 17

Allison Ann Kenley, 26, of Harrison Avenue, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Gary Edmond Deetz, Jr., 33, of Meadowbrook Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; simple worthless checks. A secured bond of $500 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

November 10

Talmage Lee Middleton, 33, of Shawfield Ridge, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. David Lovedahl made the arrest.

David Jeffrey Blackfox, 45, of Wright’s Creek Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Rollie James, III, made the arrest.

Matthew Douglas Rowe, 27, of Cane Creek Road, was charged with possessing stolen goods/property, uttering a forged instrument, obtaining property by false pretense, forgery of an instrument. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Justin Lee Wildcat, 27, of Misty River Apartments, was charged with simple affray. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

November 11

Jeremiah Ambrocio Garcia, 19, of Iron Mountain, was charged with driving while impaired. A written promise was given. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Henry James Driver, 33, of Toonie Branch Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of stolen property, forger of an endorsement, obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Joshua William Hannah, 19, of Winterberry Drive, as charged with assault inflicting serious injury. A written promise was given. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

November 13

Andrew Charles Jamison, 26, of Arther Drake Road, was charged with driving while impaired. A $5,000 secured bond was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

November 14

Garrett Chad Griffin, 20, of Glenn Hill Road, was charged with driving left of center, driving after consuming alcohol under the age of 21, driving while impaired. A written promise was given. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Steven Dale Eplin, 34, of Fenway Place, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Rollie James, III, made the arrest.

Daniel Bruce Groenwold, 42, of Fenway Place, was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

November 15

Alexander Tommy West, 53, was charged with driving while impaired. A written promise was given. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

November 16

Daniel John Baker, 18, of Buchanan Hall, was charged with intoxicated and disruptive, underage alcohol consumption, resisting/ delaying/obstructing a public officer, simple physical assault. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.
