The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests April 6 - 14. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

April 7

Jake Thomas, 32, of Tellico Rd., was charged with larceny. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

April 8

Scott Martin Fuller, 35, of Caesar Rd., Otto, was charged with being armed with a rifle, failure to pay child support, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $12,514 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

Tiliano O. Holcombe, 16, of Azalea Rd. Mobile, Ala., was charged with simple assault. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Troy L. Burt made the arrest.

Natalie Idell Malarchak, 46, of Ruby Ln., was charged with larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Cody Mitchell made the arrest.

James Luther Bryson, 25, of Palmer Dr., was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $1,200 was set. William D. Stamey made the arrest.

Dale Edward Phillips, 40, of Presley Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment for possession of methamphetamine, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $4,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Nathan Royal Prevette, 38, of Old Georgia Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment for possessing a controled substance in prison/jail, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Eric Clinton Prevette, 29, Old Georgia Rd., was charged with failure to appear, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $21,780 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Kevin Lee O’Conner, 37, of Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear for warrant service. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew T. Breedlove made the arrest.

Michael James Dwyer, 44, of Kim Miller Rd., Lake Toxaway, was charged with being armed with a handgun, possession of a firearm by a felon, felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. Tracy Platt made the arrest.

Jennifer Lynn Collins, 34, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear. A securd bond of $1,500 was set. Blake A Buchanan made the arrest.
