Arrest Reports

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Dept. or Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. made the following arrests Oct. 3 - Oct. 19. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

October 14

Rona Burrell Stone, 47, of Omega Hills Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

October 15

Kristopher Erik Prince, 22, of Lyle Downs Road, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

October 17

Adrienne Nichole Carver, 27, of Holly Springs Village Road, was charged with burglary, injury to real property, trespassing. A written promise was given. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

October 18

Thomas Ailello, III, 51, of Georgia Highway, was charged with failure to pay child support. A bond of $207 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

October 19

David Anderson Dowd, 30, of Eagles Knob Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Dianna Pauline Queen, 42, was charged with probation violation, failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

October 13

Kevin Todd Newton, 51, of Second Street, was charged with driving while impaired. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Robert Ray, III, made the arrest.

October 15

Joseph Simpson-Rich, 17, of West Main Street, was charged with simple affray, disorderly conduct at school. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Rebecca Michelle Day, 22, of Addington Villas, was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Dustin Bo Rodmaker, 32, of Mill Creek Road, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on a female. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

William Alex Bateman, 26, of Addington Bridge Road, was charged with criminal damage to property. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

Andrew George Stiwinter, 40, of Suttles Road, was charged with driving while impaired. No bond was set. Kevin Breedlove made the arrest.

Nathan Roy White, 28, was charged with breaking and entering, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

October 18

Philip Laurence Buchanan, 51, of Hillview Drive, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign, fleeing/eluding arrest in a motor vehicle. A written promise was given. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

Mark Manning Self, 30, of Ivar Street, was charged with disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

October 3

Kyle Warren Broom, 20, of Barlow Court, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, obtaining money/property by false pretense. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

James Richard Walkingstick, 34, of Walnut Grove Road, was charged with resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Larry Earl Holland, 61, of Enchanted Forest Drive, was charged with making harrassing phone calls. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Stacey Ann Wood, 38, of Pensacola, Fla., was charged with escape - aiding and abetting after the fact. A secured bond of $150,000 was set. Jennie Rumsey made the arrest.

Jonathan Paul Porter, 35, of Pensacola, Fla., was charged with escape - conspiracy to commit robbery with a gun. A secured bond of $150,000 was set. Jennie Rumsey made the arrest.

David Allen Campbell, 39, of Beale Drive, was charged with communicating threats, physical assault, domestic criminal trespass, violation of a domestic violence protective order. No bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.
