The Franklin Police Department, the Macon County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests July 17-July 24.

July 17

Daniel Whitfield Reynolds, 47, of Delta Rd., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

July 19

Timothy Shay Spellman, 46, of Grady Loop Rd., was charged with felony possession of a firearm. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Michael Randall Carver, 40, of Bates Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

July 20

Dustin Wayne Waldroop, 27, of Fulton Rd., was charged with assault on a female and resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer. No bond was set. Chris Owen made the arrest.

Stasha Kelly Norman, 23, of White Pine Cir., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Jeremy Cole Sanders, 20, of Garden Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

John Henry Tyte Jr., 21, of Bill Dalrymple Rd., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses, possession of stolen property, breaking and/or entering and larceny after breaking and entering. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

Melody Lynne Copeland, 27, of Roberts Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Hannah Cromer, 18, of Lost Gulls Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Kelsie Diane Elliott, 23, of Carson Cove Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, altering, stealing or destroying criminal evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

July 22

John Jeffery Magee, 56, of felony assault on a handicapped person and assault on a handicapped person. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Kathy Paulette Pruitt, 53, of Coweeta Lab Rd., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present and simple assault. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Anthony Corbin made the arrest.

Jonathan Ray Turpin, 19, of Rose Creek Rd., was charged with assault on a female. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

July 23

Kathy Paulette Pruitt, 53, of Coweeta Lab Rd., was charged with true bill of indictment for first degree murder, solicitation to commit and assault on a government officer. No bond was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Lee Winston Cabe, 40, of Oak Way Rd., Lawrenceville, Ga., was charged with true bill of indictment for trafficking opium and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Charlotte Ordway Cabe, 60, of Lawrenceville, Ga., was charged with true bill of indictment for trafficking opium and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

July 24

Jason Stamey, 28, of Stamey Cove Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked and possession of methamphetamines. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

July 19

Sean Taylor Hall, 20, of Mathias Dr., was charged with assault on a female and disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

July 20

Brandon Benjamin Snyder, 29, of Hibschman Hollow Rd., was charged with driving while impaired and failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

July 21

Raymond Vincent Montoya, 53, of Franklin, was charged with offenses against family. No bond was set. Jeremy Beard made the arrest.

Jose Antonio, 24, of Forest Ave., was charged with driving while impaired, having no operator’s license and driving left of center. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

Tabitha Kate Reynolds, 22, of Saunders Rd., was charged with assault. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Paul Bourcq made the arrest.

July 23

Kristin Lynn Heston, 18, of Huscusson Rd., was charged with larceny by an employee. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. Matt Pellicer made the arrest.

Michael Aaron Chavis, 43, of Brittany Ln., was charged with disorderly conduct. No bond information given. Justin Norman made the arrest.
