The Franklin Police Department, the Macon County Sheriff’s Department, The Franklin Police Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 6-12.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

August 7

Tyler Lawrence Pignato, 25, of Old Mill Rd., Campobello, SC, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of$3,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

August 8

Gerardo Llanas, 42, of Cheek Rd., was charged with a domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

James Bundy, of Tattnall Rd., was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Michael Paul Ward Jr., 36, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

William Charles Freimuth III, of Skylark St., was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Jodie Simpson, 38, of Sanderstown Rd., was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Deborah Lynn Beasley, 50, of Old Murphy Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

August 9

Tammy Jones Ramsey, 44, of Clayton, Ga., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

John Robert Parker, of Clyde Downs Rd., was charged with making harassing phone calls and communicating threats. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Richard Steven Willis, of Pine Creek Rd., was charged with assault inflicting serious injury. No bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

August 11

Terry Adkinson, 53, of Haughton Williams Rd., was charged with intoxicated and disruptive behavior. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Jerri Ann Murphy, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $98,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

August 6

Keith Andrew Basty, 23, of Bradley Creek Rd., was charged with fleeing and eluding arrest, driving while license revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

August 7

Anthony Yuzzi Jr., 46, of Perry St., was charged with failure to register sex offender. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

Jackson County Arrests

August 6

Amanda Rae Santiago, 29, of Soggy Hill Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court and larceny. A secured bond was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Christian Earl Blind, 29, of Welch Rd., was charged with failure to pay child support. No bond was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

August 7

Jackie Lynn Beck, 34, of Hoot Owl Rd., was charged with conspiracy to break in and/or enter a building, injury to real property, possession of stolen property, larceny, larceny after breaking in and/or entering, breaking and entering. A secured bond was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Dennis Ray Sneed, 25, of Malinda Dr., was charged with conspiracy to break in and/or enter, injury to real property, possession of stolen property, larceny, larceny after breaking in and/or entering, breaking and entering. A secured bond was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

John Cameron George, 30, of Rock Hill Church Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Trace Lee Mason, 26, of Sawbuck Ln., was charged with maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and possession of precursor chemicals. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

August 8

Tina Leecole Bryson, 39, of Mosaic Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

August 9

Waylon Lee Sequoyah, 31, of Wright’s Creek Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

William Clinton Holt, 46, of Music Ln., was charged with being an out of state fugitive. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

James Tyler Griffin, 21, of Brown Leaf Rd., was charged with grand jury indictment. An unsecured bond of $9,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Michael Sawyer Cash, 25, of Old Bryson Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. James Henry made the arrest.

August 10

Heather Nichole Moose, 22, of Sunrise Park, was charged with simple assault. A written promise was issued. Rollie James made the arrest.

Archie Lee Stanberry, 37, of Wolfetown Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

August 11

Joseph Daniel Thompson, 21, of Old Number 4 Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court and communicating threats. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Christopher Steven Reeder, 23, of Goin Lukes Way, was charged with failure to appear in court, cyberstalking and making harassing phone calls. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Eugene Murray Oocumma, 22, of Wolfetown Rd., was charged with injury to real property, conspiracy to break in and/or enter, possession of stolen property, felony larceny, larceny after breaking and/or entering and breaking and/or entering. A secured bond was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Woodrow Shelton Dennis, 24, of Frosty Ridge Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked and failure to wear a seatbelt. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

August 12

Juan Villeda Estrada, 32, of Clayton St., was charged with failure to report for tuberculosis treatment. No bond was set. Rollie James made the arrest.


 

Franklin Chief’s Report

The Franklin Police Department and Franklin Fire and Rescue release a report to the Town of Franklin detailing their activities on a monthly basis. The reports describe the number of accidents, arrests, incidents, investigations, citations, etc.

Franklin Police Dept. responded to 925 calls between June 25 and August 1. Officers spent 17 hours performing various community- oriented policing services, and 25 hours sitting with involuntary committals.
