The Franklin Police Department, the Macon County Sheriff’s Department and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests August 25-September 3.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

August 29

Alex Rivera, 26, of Owl Branch Rd., was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Stanley Mack Case, 54, of Camp Ultima, was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $750 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Joshua Cataldo Smith, 19, of Skeenah Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

August 30

Joshua Stephen Kunde, 23, of Mountain Breeze Dr., was charged with trespassing. An unsecured bond of $2,500 was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Brandon Lane Sizemore, 24, of Green Acres Dr., was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Jilian Alice Phillip, 28, of Jones Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

August 31

Stephen Andrew Branson, 29, of Papas Mountain Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

September 1

Cory Jason Watts, 22, of Frazier Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, possession of stolen property and injury to real property. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. A.C. Stahl made the arrest.

Justin Alan Holmes, 27, of Forest Cove Rd., was charged with impeding traffic and intoxicated and disruptive behavior. A secured bond of $750 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

September 3

Danny Lee Thomas Jr., 21, of Newman Rd., was charged with communicating threats and second degree trespassing. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

August 30

Clayton Gregory Brewer, 45, of Saunders Rd., was charged with driving while license revoked. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

September 3

Courtney Michelle Rosa Watson, 26, of Crisp St., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

Juan Carlos Ortega-Lopez, 21, of Wayah St., was charged with possession of a concealed weapon and probation violation. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

August 25

Kenneth Anderson Setzer, 64, of Allman Rd., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

Lisa Lorraine Queen, 27, of Bullseye Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.

Christopher Steven Reeder, 23, of Goin Lukes Way, was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $2,379 was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Anthony Luther Mills, 19, of Parris Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Brandon Hooper made the arrest.

John McKinley Davis, 23, of Hainty Hollar Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Ann Cantrell Bongiornni, 50, of Varner’s Ridge Rd., was charged with animal control ordinance violation. An unsecured bond was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Kathy Miranda Nations, 18, of Roundhill Rd., was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, selling or delivering a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Crystal Fox made the arrest.

Casey Wayne McKeehan, 30, of Governor’s Island Rd., was charged with failure to produce tag lights, resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer, driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Julia Michelle Robinson, 22, of Old Glory Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Marion Finley Stiwinter, 39, of Windy Gap Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Spencer Leigh Redmond, 20, of Sommerwell St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Nicholas Austin Marino, 21, of McGee Hill Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Jeremiah Gentry Gunter, 32, of Bidwell Rd., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses, larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Julia Michelle Robinson, 22, of Old Glory Ridge Rd., was charged with possession of stolen property, conspiracy to obtain property under false pretenses, forgery of endorsement, obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Natasha Lynn Ruth Gizonka, 21, of Tequilla Heights Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Michael Ray Wilson, 48, of Plateau Ridge Rd., was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance inside jail and domestic violence protective order violation. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

September 2

Robert Sylvester Brooks, 50, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses, possession of stolen property, uttering a forged instrument, conspiring to obtain property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.
