The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests September 3-10. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

September 5

Cody Shawn Anderson, 18, of Franklin, was charged with fleeing and eluding arrest. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

September 6

Tia Anne-Marie Boatwright, 17, of Franklin, was charged with fleeing and eluding arrest. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Austin David Maxwell, 21, of Franklin, was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

September 7

Jeffrey Scott McAlpine, of Franklin, was charged with assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Tony Calloway Burch, 45, of Rolling Meadows Dr., was charged with manufacturing marijuana. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

Johnny Alan Burch, 58, of Mason Mountain Dr., was charged with manufacturing marijuana. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

September 9

Miguel Garita, 28, of Franklin, was charged with driving while impaired, having no operator’s license and possession of open container. A secured bond of $750 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

September 10

Jennifer Rosalee Jones, 37, of Rogers Rd., was charged with assault. No bond was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest. Larry Wayne Gregory, 53, of Burgess Rd., was charged with assault on a female and assault inflicting serious injury. No bond was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Stefan Craig Tomlinson, 26, of Wayah Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

September 6

Tia Anne-Marie Boatwright, 17, of Franklin, was charged with first degree trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. Dwayne Cabe made the arrest.

September 7

Cy Levi Fouts, of Hazel Fouts Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

Jackson County Arrests

September 3

Chad Vincent Hodge, 32, of Eagle Creek Dr., was charged with injury to personal property, trespassing and communicating threats. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Crystal Fox made the arrest.

Kimberly Dawn Webb, 40, of Lakota Loop, was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses and larceny. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Curtis Lambert made the arrest.

Jessica Ashely York, 17, of Lakota Loop, was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses and larceny. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Ernest Scherman made the arrest.

Corey Raymond York, 21, of Bartlet St., was charged with breaking and entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Curtis Lambert made the arrest.

September 4

Sally Anita Rogers, 36, of Old Number 4 Rd., was charged with conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell suboxon, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute hydrocodone, trafficking hydrocodone, possession of cocaine and possession of suboxon. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Richard Wilson Gay, 29, of Moore’s Ln., was charged with conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Sylia Marie Aemans, 21, of Andrew Dr., was charged with conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Heather Ann Sweeny, 42, of Watson Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. David Lovedahl made the arrest.

September 5

Ronald Edward Lewis, 52, of Skyland Dr., was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. A secured bond was set. Dwight McMahan.

Luis Alberto-Garcia Frias, 28, of Ela Rd., was charged with having no operator’s license. An unsecured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

James Barry Henson, 44, of Windy Gap Rd., was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer, fictitious tag, failure to heed light or siren, fleeing and eluding arrest with motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, possession of drug equipment, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $35,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Jerri Lynn Reed, 35, of Mink Branch Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Kasey Lynn Keffer, 34, of Azalea Motel, was charged with worthless checks. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

September 6

Brandon Heath Evans, 32, of Frosty Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Sheryl Ann Simpson, 35, of Lantana Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer and larceny. A secured bond of $2,000 was set.

September 7

Brian Dallas Brooks, 28, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

Rakesha Leigh Crowe, 22, of Adams Creek Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Jesus Garcia Sanchez, 34, or Rutledge Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

Angel Marie Houston, 21, of Caldwell St., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.

Carolina Renee Lilly, 19, of Woodpecker Ln., was charged with consuming alcohol under the age of 21 and resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $500 was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.
