Arrest Reports Arrest Report: September 10 through September 17, 2012

The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests September 10-17. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

September 11

Cody Shawn Anderson, 18, of Franklin, was charged with fleeing and eluding arrest. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

September 12

Paul Forrest Wooten, 48, of Wooten Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

Damon Rayvonn of Slope Dr., was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and eluding arrest, failure to appear in court, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign and reckless driving. A secured bond of $29,000 was set.

Danny Lee Thomas, 21, of Newman Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Dana Pendergrass Pyatt, 35, of Pendergrass Rd., was charged with conspiring to obtain property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Robert Brandon Clark, 24, of Southside Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $3,000 was set.

Nathan Shane Humphries, 19, of Sprinkle Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $8,500 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

September 13

Brett Evan Stockton, 21, of Little River Ln., Rabun Gap, Ga., was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $600 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

September 16

William Devoe Hibbit, 19, of Old Barn Rd., was charged with desertion/abandonment. No bond was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

September 17

Teresa Lynn Green, 40, of Bradley Creek Rd., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

James Frank Willis, 44, of Bradley Creek Rd., was charged with simple assault and injury to personal property. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

September 16

Roberta Wolfe, 39, of Franklin, was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Jeremy Beard made the arrest.

Jackson County Arrests

September 10

Philip Adrian Holmes, 52, of Forest Cove Rd., was charged with manufacturing marijuana. No bond was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Colton Daniel Painter, 21, of Nicholson Cove Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Robert Arlo Short, 59, of Indian Mountain Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

September 11

Deweese Henry Bushyhead, 33, of Old Mission Estates, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Ronald Randal Markus, 51, of Mariah Dr., was charged with assault by pointing a gun and second degree trespassing. A secured bond was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Ronald Junior Howell, 49, of Arnold Hill Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Justin Charles Brooks, 27, of Mimosa Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Joyce Jean Whitmire, 54, of Anvil Rd., was charged with communicating threats and assault by pointing a gun. A secured bond of $7,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

September 12

Alexander Thomas White, 20, of Tapestry Dr., was charged with assault on a female. A secured bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

Jessica Lynn Knight, 20, of Tapestry Dr., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond was set. Michael Brooks made the arrest.

Monica Elise Hernandez, 30, of Cottage Inn, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

September 13

Serigo Jimenez Cortez, 34, of Cashiers, was charged with resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer, conspiracy and domestic criminal trespassing. No bond was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

Felipe Segundo Gambino, 42, of Barlow Ct., was charged with conspiracy and trespassing. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

September 14

Austin Eric Huffstetler, 21, of Briar Creek Dr., was charged with resisting arrest and intoxicated and disruptive behavior. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Donald Allen made the arrest.

Angela Earlene Woodard, 35, of Sunrise Park, was charged with failure to appear in court. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Jeremiah Gentry Gunter, 32, of Budget Crt., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Justin Robert Mayhew, 26, of Mini Ha Ha Dr., was charged with conspiracy to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Brandon Hooper made the arrest.

Katelynn Hope Ledford, 20, of Mary Jackson Rd., was charged with injury to real property, conspiring to break in and/or enter a building, possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny, larceny after breaking and/or entering, breaking and/or entering and injury to personal property. A secured bond of $65,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

September 15

Joshua Daniel Calhoun, 18, of Indian Hills, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

September 16

Samuel Enoch Reed, 22, of Enoch Sampson Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. James Henry made the arrest.
