The Macon County Sheriff’s Office or Franklin Police Department made the following arrests Sept. 17-24.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

September 19

James Adam Stewart, 21, of Belle Dowdle Rd., was charged with breaking and entering, fraud and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

September 20

Scottie Woods, 20, of Skeenah Rd., was charged with larceny after breaking and/or entering, injury to real property, breaking and/or entering and possession of stolen goods or property. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Sandrah Elaine McCormick, 18, of Franklin, was charged with resisting a public officer and assembly after the fact. A secured bond of $4,500 was set. Nick Lofthouse made the arrest.

September 21

Gregory Allen Church, 19, of Franklin, was charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Timothy Green, 41, of Franklin, was charged with burglary. No bond was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Gregory Allen Church Jr., 19, of Holland Dr., was charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest. September 24

Shane Cook, 56, of Benjamin Dr., was charged with simple physical assault. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Eusebio Rios Riez, 39, of Huber Heights Rd., was charged with assault on a female, second degree trespassing and breaking and/or entering. No bond was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest. September 25

Jeffery Scott Baty, 18, of East Sunset Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court and misdemeanor probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

Wesley Garrett Rich, 23, of Frontier Rd., Jasper, Ga., was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

September 17

Ronald Edward Swafford, 38, of Cullasaja Dr., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug equipment. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

September 18

Earic Gershom Wiggins, 22, of Dearmin Terrace Ln., was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

John Sanfilipo, 18, of Dearmin Terrace Ln., was charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of drug equipment and aiding and abetting possession of weapons. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

September 19

Charles Benson Grindstaff, 64, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a public officer and trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

September 23

Parker Stanley, 48, of West Rd., was charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute a schedule III controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

September 24

Danielle Jimenez, 25, of Franklin, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.
