The Macon County Sheriff’s Office or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests October 1-7. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

October 1

Scott Houston Conard, 29, of Flat Mountain Rd., was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 2

Kelsie Diane Elliot, 23, of Four Wheel Dr., was charged with second degree trespassing. A secured bond of $750 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Christopher Adam Jones, 28, of Carson Cove Rd., was charged with communicating threats and injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 3

James Edward Hughes, 35, of Thomas Rd., was charged with a domestic violence protective order violation. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Kelsie Diane Elliot, 23, of Four Wheel Dr., was charged with felony larceny and breaking and/or entering. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Christopher Adam Jones, 28, of Carson Cove Rd., was charged with felony larceny and breaking and/or entering. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 4

Jeanie Lehman, 42, of Davis Rd., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

October 5

William Robert Lane Jr., 32, of Junior Williams Rd., Dandridge, Tenn, was charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

October 6

Jacob William Watson, 24, of Tulip Ln., was charged with breaking and/or entering and second degree trespassing. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

October 7

Mitchel Ray Hathcock, 34, of Addington Villa Dr., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Jackson County Arrests

October 1

Stephen Moroni Wittman, 60, of Shamrock Trailer Park, was charged with injury to personal property. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Christopher Cabe made the arrest.

Brian Elliott Teesateskie, 28, of Cherokee, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Ermest Scherman made the arrest.

October 2

Travis Ray Nations, 30, of Licklog Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond was set. David Lovedahl made the arrest.

Lisa Smith Williamson, 42, of Blanton Branch Rd., was charged with possession of stolen property, obtaining property under false pretenses, conspiring to obtain stolen property. A secured bond was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Travis Ryan Parker, 20, of Posey Blanton Rd., was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $1,049 was made. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Zachary Martin Bombay, 57, of June Apple Dr., was charged with interfering with a 9-1-1 communication. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

October 4

Travis Lee Calhoun, 30, of Old Soco Rd., was charged with assault on a female. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Marie Jean Moore, 30, of Freshwater Ridge Rd., was charged with failure to appear, school attendance law violation. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Molly M. Pfeffer, 20, of Pointe Ln., was charged with failure to appear, under age consumption. A secured bond of $500 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Brenda Roland Ginn, 51, of Manor Trace, was charged with Larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Colton Daniel Painter, 21, of Nicolson Cove Rd., was charged with failure to appear, possession of an open container. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Krystal Gail Smith, 35, of Old Mission Rd., was charged with possession of stolen property and obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

October 5

Daniel Thomas Crawford, 58, of Dellwood Rd., was charged with driving with revoked tag, license not in possession and no liability insurance. James Henry made the arrest.

Stephen Nathaniel Ashe, 23, of Cornelious Ashe Rd., was charged with injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Joyce Ann Fuller, 45, of West Deep Creek, was charged with communicating threats, breaking and/or entering, resisting/ obstructing and delaying arrest. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

October 6

Melody Sloane Pangle, 21, of Loco Hill Dr., was charged with driving while license revoked and failure to yield on left turn. Crystal Green made the arrest.

October 7

Normand Paul Duhaime, 54, of Barlow Ct., was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV and II substances and trafficking opiates. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Tilman Gene Fortner, 44, of Hollyhills Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, IV, and VI substances and conspiring to traffic opiates. A secure bond of $12,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.
