The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests October 9-15. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff's Office

October 10

Danielle Nichole Adams, 30, of Shannon Chase Ln., Fairburn, Ga., was charged with possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Lisa Michelle Sanders, 31, of North Lake Heights Rd., Atlanta, Ga., was charged with speeding, driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Chad Keith Shuler, 36, of Iotla Valley Trailer Park, was charged with having a dangerous dog unrestrained. An unsecured bond of $750 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

October 11

Jonathon Anthony Sanders, of Olive Hill Rd., was charged with driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest. Cy Levi Fouts, 30, of Hazel Fouts Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Gellisa Kimberly Nations, 23, of Peppermill Rd., was charged with non-payment of child support or alamony. A secured bond of $177 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Josh Williams, of Highlands Rd., was charged with identity theft. A secured bond of $750 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Autumn Renae Crunkleton, 22, of Georgia Rd., was charged with second degree trespassing. A secured bond of $750 was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

October 14

Michelle Lynn Mangano, 40, of Bryson City Rd., was charged with communicating threats. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. A.C. Stahl made the arrest.

Cody Alan Campbell, 18, of Elliot Cove Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Sandra Elaine McCormick, 18, of Skeenah Rd., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Nathan Shane Humphries, 19, of Sprinkle Rd., was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods and obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Joshua Cataldo Smith, 19, of Skeenah Rd., was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods and obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Melody Lynne Copeland, 27, of Roberta Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

October 11

Dorothy Arrowood, 45, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with parole and probation violations. No bond information was given. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Christina Phillips, 21, of Shiver Phillips Rd., was charged with shoplifting. A secured bond of $750 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

October 12

John Michael Julian, 48, of Patton Rd., was charged with inhaling toxic fumes and possession of a toxic vaporous substance. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest. David Randy Grindstaff, 28, of Itola Valley Park Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Sean Michael Fletcher, 26, of Pinewood Dr., was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

October 13

Cassandra Yvonne Streight, 23, of Cabe Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Frank William Middleton, 42, of West Old Murphy Rd., was charged with driving while impaired. No bond iformation was given. A.C. Stahl made the arrest.

Lauren Nichole Phillips, 24, of Franklin, was charged with shoplifting and trespassing. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Dwayne Cabe made the arrest.

Brittany Paige Crisp, 24, of Willcove Rd., was charged with shoplifting. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Dwayne Cabe made the arrest.

October 15

Sean Jacob Mayhorn, 19, of White Pine Cir., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Office

October 9

Christopher Tanner, 50, of Springvalley Rd., was charged with sexual offense parental role and attempted second degree sexual offense. Celestine Holloman made the arrest.

October 10

Amber Nicole Simon, 18, of Misty River Apts., was charged with resisting arrest, injury to real property, simple assault. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Curtis Lambert made the arrest.

Anthony Kelvin Sequoyah, 24, of Dragonfly Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court, domestic violence protective order violation and domestic criminal trespassing. No bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

October 11

Lehua Joan Walkingstick, 33, of River Park, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Joseph Michael Watty, 37, of Awi Dr., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Timothy Scott Lawrence, 43, of Shook Cove Rd., was charged with threatening phone calls, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

October 12

Jorge Luis Torres, 38, of Conley’s Creek Rd., was charged with fraud. No bond information given. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Tricia Bernice Rollins, 23, of Little Rock Cir., was charged with having no vehicle insurance and allowing an unlicensed driver to operate vehicle. A secured bond of $500 was set. Brandon Hooper made the arrest.

October 13

Dennis Levell Harris, 55, of West Bayview Ct., Crystal River, Fla., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Robert Quinton Williams, 30, of South Dover Terrace, Inverness, Fla., was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Garry Thomas Anthony, 23, of West Bayview Ct., Crystal River, Fla., was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

October 14

Charles Michael Goss, 37, of Cope Creek Rd., was charged with communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon, robbery with a deadly weapon and first degree burglary. No bond was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.
