
The Macon County Sheriff’s Office or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests Oct. 15-22. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

October 17
Joshua Cataldo Smith, 19, of Skeenah Rd., was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods and obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.
Melody Lynne Copeland, 27, of Roberta Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Alex Livorio Rivera, 20, of Cody Hill Rd., was charged with larceny, failure to appear in court, reckless driving to endanger, larceny from a person and possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $307,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.
October 19
Tori Mills, 19, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.
Jonathan Ford, of East Rogers Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Joshua Stephen Kunde, 24, of Breeze Dr., was charged with making harassing phone calls and second degree trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.
Zachary Robert Downs, 29, of Wide Horizon Rd., was charged with communicating threats and trespassing. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Damian Esteban, 34, of Turkey Creek Rd., was charged with assault by strangulation. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

October 15
James Earl Mathis, 58, of Monteith Gap Rd., was charged with communicating threats and assault on a female. No bond was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.
Billy Joe Bradley, 48, of Carolina Dr., was charged with cyberstalking and indecent exposure. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.

Dustin James Kirkland, 27, of Wilmont Cemetary Rd., was charged with false imprisonment, assault on a female and assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set. Ernest Scherman made the arrest.
John Robert Stephens, 24, of Coal Creek Rd., Jasper, Ala., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.
Ian Ercell Webb, 18, of River Trailer Park, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Donald Allen made the arrest.
Trevor Jacob Bartel, 19, of Vermillion Dr., was charged with consuming alcohol under the legal age and injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Trace Lee Mason, 26, of Sawbuck Ln., was charged with maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine precursor, manufacturing methamphetamine, communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Anthony Kelvin Sequoyah, 24, of Dragonfly Ln., was charged with giving a false report to a police station and larceny of a firearm. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Jesse Pruitt, 25, of River Park Trailer Park, was charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute cocaine, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute marijuana, trafficking in cocaine, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lisa Smith Williamson, 40, of New Haw Creek Apartments, was charged with fugitive warrant. No bond was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Holly Scott Newton, 46, of Smith St., was charged with simple assault. A written promise was issued. Crystal Green made the arrest.

David Wayne Newton, 45, of Smith St., was charged with misdemeanor probation violation. A written promise was issued. David Lovedahl made the arrest.
