The Macon County Sheriff’s Office or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests Oct. 17-27. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

October 23

Benjamin Todd Burrell, 34, of Mill Creek, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Sandra Turlington, 23, of Taylor Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

October 24

Joshua Stewart Cantrell, 23, of North Fork Rd., was charged with driving while impaired and having an open container. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

Travis Wayne Fisher, of Squeak Valley Rd., Sylva, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $21,500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Tripp Lester Parker, 42, of Green Vale Ln., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

October 25

Gabriel Paul Eliot, of Lopes Cir., was charged with possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute a schedule II and schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on a female, simple assault and breaking and/or entering. A secured bond was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Charles Benson Grindstaff, 61, of Lake Emory Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering and failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

Gabriel Samuel Nance, 31, of Ampstown Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Keyland Sentel Lowe, 20, of Stillwater Ln., was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Brent Holbrooks made the arrest.

October 17

Jason Michael Field, 36, of Rodeo Dr., was charged with aiding and abetting larceny. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tony Ashe made the arrest.

Stasha Norman, 23, of Old Murphy Rd., was charged with larceny shoplifting. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

October 19

Alexander Clarks, 31, of Middle Creek Rd., was charged with contempt of court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

October 21

Steve Luther Anderson Jr., 45, of Grandview Dr., was charged with breaking and/or entering. A secured bond of $750 was set. Laurie Beegle made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Office

October 22

Paul Anthony Namotka, 20, of Brown Leaf Rd., was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Corey Raymond York, 21, of Bartlett St., was charged with breaking and/or entering. A secured bond was set. Sean Bryson made the arrest.

Felicia Leigh Ashley, 29, of Jonquil Dr., was charged with possession of drug equipment, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Jennifer Hall Lowe, 38, of C Harrison Hall Dr., was charged with possession of stolen property, fraud and larceny by an employee. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

October 23

Phyllis Elaine Fowler, 32, of Wyatt Rd., was charged with reckless driving to endanger, failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Jose Luis Ruiz Haley, 36, of Craven Rd., was charged with fugitive warrant. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

October 24

Jeffery Woodard, 47, of Waterview Way Rd., was charged with interfering with 9-1- 1 communications and assault on a female. No bond was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

October 25

Candace Nicole Cullins, 25, of Ebony Dr., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Jesse McClennon Watty, 29, of Rhodes Cove Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

James Michael Bradley, 57, of Riverview Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

October 26

Jess Harbey Cagle, 40, of Sutton Branch Rd., was charged with possession of a stolen firearm. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Vanessa Jodale McDowell, 51, of Allen St., was charged with uttering a forged instrument, forgery of an instrument, larceny of chose in action, possession of stolen property. An unsecured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

October 27

Adam Harrison Lowe, 22, of Pleasant View Dr., was charged with drunk and disruptive behavior. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Curtis Lambert made the arrest.

Andrew Hughes Lowe, 19, of Pleasant View Dr., was charged with underage consumption and drunk and disruptive behavior. A secured bond was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.
