The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Poice Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests Oct. 26-Nov. 5. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

October 29

Andrew Dwayne Leandro, 30, of Franklin, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and trafficking opium or heroin. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 30

Frank Anthony Mercado, 26, of Woodland Hills Dr., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Brent Holbrooks made the arrest.

Madeline Marie Taylor, 22, of Dillard Rd., was charged with aggravated assault. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Savannah Dayne Taylor, 18, of Dillard Rd., was charged with aggravated assault. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Gabriel Paul Elliot, 24, of Lopes Cir., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Jeffrey Harold Tollefson, 36, of Franklin, was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Russell Thomas Johnson, 29, of Bobwhite Ln., was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $18,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Nathan Shane Humphries, 20, of Sprinkle Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Darrell Evan Russell, 30, of Gilmer Russell Rd., was charged with aggravated assault. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set.

Scott Nelson made the arrest. Paul Crisp, 39, of Mark Dowdle Rd., was charged with nonpayment of child support. A secured bond of $265 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Amanda Russell, 35, of Harold Ledford Rd., was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

November 1

Sean Hall, 20, of Matties Dr., was charged with criminal damage to property. A secured bond of $250 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Joshua Stephen Kunde, 24, of Mountain Breeze Rd., was charged with breaking and/or entering, domestic criminal trespassing and simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

November 2

Marc Aunders McMahan, 21, of Czonka Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Willem Devoe Hibbett, 19, of Old Barn Rd., was charged with financial card theft, fraud, identity theft and obtaining property under false pretenses. An unsecured bond of $15,000 was set. Brent Holbrooks made the arrest.

November 3

Lisa Margaret Blanchard, 35, of Split Creek Rd., was charged with probation violation. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Robin Rene Lugo, 45, of Southard Valley Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Dennis Keith Scott, 51, of Franklin, was charged with driving while impaired and driving left of center. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

November 4

Darrell Dee McClure, 31, of Glass Shanty Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

November 5

Natasha Bates, 31, of Cool Breeze Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court, assault on a government official, possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

October 26

Donna Michelle Dodgins, 32, of Franklin, was charged with injury to personal property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

October 27

Hero Le, 39, of Angel Cove Rd., was charged with assault. No bond information was given. Paul Bourcq made the arrest.

Travees Nykwong Fung, 27, of Hickory Hollow Ln., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Brett Holcombe made the arrest.

Tracie Jo Schittler, 41, of Birdie Ln., was charged with second degree trespassing, larceny and possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $11,000 was set. Ernest Scherman made the arrest.

Kevin Wade Weaver, 24, of Allen Henson Cir., was charged with having no vehicle insurance and failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.
