The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Poice Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests Nov. 1-Nov. 11. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

November 5

Mark Alan Bairley, 44, of Pressley Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court and probation violation. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

November 6

Anthony Mark Holloway, 47, of Rolling Hills Dr., was charged with violation of domestic violence protective order. An unsecured bond was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

November 7

Jerry Lee Stiwinter, of Frazier Rd., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Rhodalee Brenda Cochran, 22, of Shadrack Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Eddie Carlos Guzman, 49, of Wayah Rd., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Jacob Lee Yon, 29, of Westwood Cir., was charged with failure to appear in court, second degree trespassing and simple assault. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Brent Holbrooks made the arrest.

Jeremy Lawrence Taro, 22, of Money Ln., was charged with probation violations. A secured bond of $7,500 was set. Ryan Angel made the arrest.

Rebecca Williamson Henry, 30, of John Justice Rd., was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses, larceny and possession of stolen property. An unsecured bond was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

John Robert Parker, 36, of Clyde Downs Rd., was charged with assault by pointing a gun. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Joseph Miguel Huskey, 26, of Bunny Cove Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.
