The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests December 4 - December 10. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

December 5

Shannon Lee Lanning, 30, of Omega Hill Ln., was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $4,606 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

December 6

Brenda Sue Munger, 41, of Crabtree Ln., was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Scott Adrian Bassett, 31, of Clyde St., was charged with aiding and abetting an impaired driver. A secured bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Ryan Marcus Sharrett, 28, of Earnhardt Dr., was charged with having no operator's license. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Thomas Tenhagen made the arrest.

Jessica Isom, 29, of Fulcher Rd., was charged with embezzlement, larceny by an employee and possession of stolen goods. An unsecured bond of $10,000 was set. Jeffrey Dumford made the arrest.

Michael Gary Subirana, 28, of Franklin, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Jeffrey Dumford made the arrest.

Jose Juan Martinez Radilla, 43, of Highlands, was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Tamica Jean Skinner, 29, of Clyde Downs Rd., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

John Robert Parker, 36, of Clyde Down Rd., was charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Adam Crisp, 19, of Otto, was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses and possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Angela Leigh Wike, 36, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of up to half an ounce of marijuana and possession with intent to sell, manufacture or distribute marijuana. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

December 6

Michael James Trainor, 66, of Trimont Lake Rd., was charged with assault by pointing a gun, assault with a deadly weapon and aggressive driving. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

Judith Charlene Awtry, 58, of First St., was charged with driving while impaired and driving left of center. An unsecured bond of $250 was set. Laurie Beegle made the arrest.

Christopher Edward Erdman, 36, of Green St., was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Matt Pellicer made the arrest.

Darren Ray Carter, 23, of Molasses Mountain Rd., was issued a true bill of indictment. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Brandon Hooper made the arrest.

Sandra Ledford Evans, 37, of Corn Flower Ln., was charged with possession of a methamphetamine precursor, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, drug trafficking by possession and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Lisa Anne Franks, 33, of Webster Rd., was charged with larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Eric Wilkes, 39, of U.S. 74 East, was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $966 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Gary Buddy Matthews, 43, of Acrewood Dr., was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

David Sylvester Mull, 60, of Newport Dr., was charged with uttering a forged instrument, forgery of endorsement, exploiting the trust of an elder. A secured bond of $70,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Nina Earline Whitfield, 42, of Rushing Rapids, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Mark Nicholson Vassos, 40, of Guffy Rd., was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $4,662 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Antonio Sanchez Ortiz, 35, of Willet Spring Rd., was charged with identity theft and obtaining property under false pretenses. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

Garrett Kelly Nations, 17, of Nations Creek Rd., was charged with simple physical assault. A secured bond was set. James Brown made the arrest.

George Lee Nobles, 36, of Olivet Church Rd., was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Martin Louis Armachain, 37, of Pamlico Dr., was charged with assault on a female. A secured bond was set. James Henry made the arrest.
