The Macon County Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests February 4-February 11. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Office

February 5

Katie May Waldroup, 28, of Pete McCoy Road, was charged with failure to appear in court, driving while impared and reckless driving to endanger. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Steven James Anderson, 32, of Shady Cove Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court, reckless driving to endanger, driving while impared and no operators license. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Mike Langley made the arrest.

Christopher Edward Erdman, 35, of Trimont Mountain Trail, was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations. A secured bond was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

February 6

Darlene Lamb Watson, 42, of Bell Road, was charged with failure to appear in court, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Joshua Bryan Parker, 29, of Gaston Street, was charged with burglary by forcible entry, larceny, possessing and concealing stolen property. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Donna Michelle Dodgins, 32, of Addington Bridge Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

February 7

Mark Alexander Anderson, 44, of Jim Mann Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Amanda White, 31, of White Pine Circle, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Chad Thomas Moses, 24, of Horseshoe Ridge, was charged with failure to appear for speeding and failure to wear a seat belt. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Justin Kyle Hodgin, 25, of Newman Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods/property. A secured bond of $100,000 was set. David Blanton made the arrest.

Travis David Vanhoogen, 36, of River Road, was charged with failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $1,946 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

Michael Edward Carpenter, 44, of Georgia Road, was charged with attempted breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

James Thomas Mann, 49, of Siler Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Justin Kyle Hodgin, 25, of Newman Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possessing and concealing stolen property. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Michael C. Brancati, 43, of Herron Lake Road, was charged with failure to pay alimony. A secured bond of $37,983 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Scott Martin Fuller, 33, of Roller Mill Road, was charged with civil contempt/child support. No bond was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Steve Royce Ulsh Jr., 48, of Brown Road, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and chop shop activity by theft/fraud/other. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Kenneth Jacob Pullium, of Ford Street, was charged with non-support/non-payment of alimony, failure to appear for no operators license. A secured bond of $561 was set. Troy Burt made the arrest.

Tillmen Gene Fortner, 44, of Bokerbranch Road, was issued a true bill of indictment, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, drug violations for equipment/ paraphernalia. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Mathew Canzone made the arrest.

William Dale Sheffield, 33, of Horseshoe Ridge Road, was charged with larceny, possessing and concealing stolen property and robbery. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Natasha Michelle Bates, 31, of Cool Breeze Road, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $21,000 was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Taryn Kristen Toineeta, 24, of Jeff Toineeta Road, was charged with simple assault, possession of a stolen vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon against a government official, injury to personal property, hit and run failure to stop, reckless driving and fleeing and/or eluding arrest.
