The Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests April 1-April 7. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Franklin Police Department

April 2

Walter Paul Seely, 71, of Crisp Street, was charged with domestic violence order violation. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

April 3

Danyelle Mariene Rexrode, 27, of West End Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; no operator’s license. A secured bond of $300 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

April 4

David George Collins, 18, of Breezy Knob Road, was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Devin Holland made the arrest.

April 5

Tony Eugene Bryant, 48, of N. Womack Street, was charged with interference of a utility meter, injury to personal property. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Elija Kirkland made the arrest.

Zachary Louissaint Jr., 19, of White Oak Street, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

April 6

Amanda L. Toneges, 33, of Fulcher Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while license revoked, driving with an open container. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

April 1

Teresa Ann Wiggins, 37, of Posey Blanton Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving with no insurance. A secured bond of $500 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Sheryl Ann Simpson, 35, of Lantana, was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Brandon Waldroup, 32, of Sarah Smoker Circle, was charged with failure to appear in court; Driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

April 2

Leeann Rose Kern, 29, of Lakeside Circle Drive, was charged with obtaining money/property by false pretense. No bond was set. Crystal Green made the arrest.

Richard Denny Nofsinger, 33, of Bel Aire Motel, was charged with being a fugitive. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Justina Meredith Bigwitch, 21, of Rats Creek, was charged with failure to appear in court; Larceny, carrying a concealed weapon. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Marquis Gwan Ford, 32, of Wahanneth Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; Operating a vehicle with no insurance, no operators license. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Donovan Rickell Underwood, 40, of Webster Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; Unsafe movement, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

April 3

Jimmy David Williams, 43, of Rock Hill Church Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; No operators license. A secured bond of $750 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Corey Wayne Barringer, 24, of Old Cullowhee Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell/distribute marijuana. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

James Ray Jenkins, 44, of Maple Hill Circle, was charged with failure to appear in court; simple worthless check. A secured bond of $900 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Billy Ray Davis, 56, of Campfire Loop, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., possession of drug paraphernalia, possession/distribute meth precursor, manufacturing methamphetamine, conspiring to traffic methamphetamine by manufacturing, trafficking in methamphetamine by manufacturing, trafficking in methamphetamine by possession. A secured bond of $100,500 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

April 4

Kenny Mathis, 43, of Violet Drive, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Ricky Anthony Caldwell, 28, of Melrose Place, was charged with failure to appear in court; No operator’s license. A secured bond of $500 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Ronda Dell Reed, 37, of Old #4 Road, was charged with resisting/obstructing/delaying, possession of drug equipment/paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, failure to appear in court; operating a vehicle with no insurance, driving while license revoked, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, probation violation. A secured bond of $45,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Jennifer Queen Green, 31, of Eastwood Mobile Home Park, was charged with harboring an escapee, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

Amos Harvey Jones, 60, of Cherry Wood Lane, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

April 5

Frieda Ann Martinezbarrera, 34, of Old Mission Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; Operating with no insurance, exceeding a safe speed, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

April 6

William Allen Marks, 41, of Day Branch Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Robert Allen Hooper, 40, of Keyhole Lane, was charged with drinking beer/wine while driving. A secured bond of $250 was set. David Lovedahl made the arrest.

Jeff Scott Cook, 47, of US 74 East, was charged with failure to pay child support. A bond of $718 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

George David Martin, 31, of Redtail Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; no operators license, fishing without a license. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

April 7

Timothy Ray Smith, 43, of Sherrill Cove Road, was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.
