The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests May 13-May 21. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

May 13

Micheal Roper Bickley, 21, of Dendy Orchard Road, was charged with probation violations. No bond was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

May 15

Javier Serna Trejo, 30, of Carolina Mountain Drive, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Joshua Stewart made the arrest.

May 16

Robert Christopher Fuhs Sr., 45, of Kildare Woods Drive, was charged with making a threatening phone call. No bond was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

Charles Robert Hall, 23, of Love Drive, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Kimberly Osbourne made the arrest.

Drake Alexander Anderson, 24, of Jim Man Road, was charged with assault by pointing a gun. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jeffrey Dumford made the arrest.

Damon Rayvonn Miles, 47, of Slope Drive, was charged with breaking and entering. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

Teresa Bleckley Zoeliner, 45, of Bearwood Trail, was charged with embezzlement. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Austin Posey, 17, of Lyle Knob Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

John Edward Driver, 17, of Sanderstown Road, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods/property, injury to real property. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Lance Edward Hughes, 34, of Highlands Road, was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

May 19

Scott Lynn Marchant, 49, of Malory Mountain, was charged with driving while impaired. A written promise was given. Jonathan Phillips made the arrest.

Chad Moses, 25, of Horseshoe Ridge Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. No bond was given. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Nichole Queen Bates, 31, of Punchbowl Drive, was charged with breaking and entering, communicating threats. A secured bond of $3,500 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Vickie Bingham Bates, 55, of Punchbowl Drive, was charged with trespassing. An unsecured bond of $1,500 was set. Adam Crawford made the arrest.

Kenneth James Sparks, 29, of Guffie Road, was charged with driving while impaired, child abuse, failure to wear safety helmet. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

Tori Ann Watson, 22, of Griffin Mountain Lane, was charged with simple assault, injury to real property. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

May 21

Jonathan Mark Zimmerman, 28, of Hatfield Road, was charged with cruelty to animals, dispose of domesticated animal. An unsecured bond of $10,000 was set. Jeffrey Dumford made the arrest.

Franklin Police Department

May 14

James Calvin Gregg, 25, of Cals Cove, was charged with larceny, possessing stolen property, obtaining property by false pretense. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

May 15

Michael Annis Cabe, 50, of Bell Road, was charged with probation violation. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. Tony Ashe made the arrest.

May 16

Joshua Bryan Parker, 29, of Gaston Street, was charged with felony larceny, possession of stolen goods. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Jonathan Bean made the arrest.

May 19

William Clinton Holt, 47, of Forest Avenue, was charged with child support contempt. A secured bond of $31,646 was set. Matt Pellicer made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

May 13

Christian Yvonne Davis, 19, of Catolster Johnson Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Johnathan Jones made the arrest.

Steven Cody Moore, 18, of Fisher Creek Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations, cyber stalking. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Starlene Elizabeth Balderas, 40, of Bourbon Street, was charged with failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

May 14

Mike Alexander Green, 33, of Lick Log Road, was charged with communicating threats, assault on a female. No bond was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Victoria Eden Toineeta, 22, of Yellow Hill Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of stolen goods/property, shoplifting. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

May 15

Robert R. Brooks, 43, of Conley’s Creek, was charged with resisting a public officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., contempt of court order. A secured bond was set. Kenneth Woodring made the arrest.

Seanna Winifred Randolph, 29, of Conifer Drive, was charged with simple assault. A written promise was given. Daniel Wellmon made the arrest.

May 17

Tanner Lee Bradley, 21, of Timberleaf Drive, was charged with third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. A secured bond of $6,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Sonya Rena Ledford, 31, of Hopi Village, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Colby Taylor Price, 21, of Belair Motel, was charged with failure to appear in court; larceny. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Carl David Ferrin, 20, of Nature View Lane, was charged with conspiracy to break and enter, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering. A secured bond of $12,000 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Jack Milton Kern, 27, of Lakeside Circle Drive, was charged with possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Leeann Rose Kern, 29, of Lakeside Circle Drive, was charged with possession of stolen property. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Alyssia Lindsey, 22, of Travis Street, was charged with felony probation violation. A secured bond of $25,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Jesse Derrick Franks, 22, of Myers Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance. A secured bond of $1,000 was set.

Samantha Lynn Gunter, 22, of Hoot Owle Cove Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Rollie James made the arrest.

Meisha Lee Nash, 26, of Paul Cooper Road, was charged with second degree passing. No bond was set. David Lovedahl made the arrest.

Willie Sue Walkingstick, 51, of Fenway Place, was charged with felony conspiracy, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

Jessie Elaine Walkingstick, 48, of Highway 107, was charged with forcible breaking and entering, all other offenses. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

Jessica Renee Espinoza, 28, of Highway 107, was charged with felony conspiracy, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

Jose Guadalupe Garcia, 46, of Fenway Place, was charged with felony conspiracy, forcible breaking and entering. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.

Claude Gregory Coggins, 50, of Pine Creek Road, was charged with receiving stolen property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. John Beegle made the arrest.
