Arrest Reports Arrest Report: September 3 through September 9, 2013

The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Sept. 3 - Sept. 9. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

September 3

Wayne Martin Harrison, 28, of Second Street, was charged with assault on a female. Secured bond of $1,000 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

September 4

Derek Gene Camp, 23, of Highlands Road, was charged with breaking and entering, injury to real property, assault on a female, interfering with emergency communication, larceny, injury to personal property. No bond was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

September 5

Van Allen Miller, 30, of Ladson, S.C., was charged with Order For Arrest: driving while impaired/left of center. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Dereck Jones made the arrest.

Adam Blake Jenkins, 27, of Mountain Grove Road, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. John Hook made the arrest.

Mark William Lendon, 44, of Asheville, N.C., was charged with fraud - worthless checks, aggravated assault, simple assault, contempt of court, perjury, court violations. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

September 8 Leonard Kevin Teague Jr., 26, of Earnhardt Drive, was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Joel Lynch made the arrest.

September 9

William Jason Woodard, 29, was charged with simple assault. A secured bond of $500 was set. Blake Buchanan made the arrest.

September 3

Vance Eugene Wright Jr., 37, of Old Cat Creek Road was charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, hit and run. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Laurie Beegle made the arrest.

September 4

Charles Elam Gibson, 55, of Green Street, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Jeremy Beard made the arrest.

September 5

Tina Marie Hardin, 43, of Chrissy Lane, was charged with failure to return hired motor vehicle. An unsecured bond of $3,000 was set. Tony Ashe made the arrest.

September 6

Eugene Ernest McGilvery, 40, of Rattlesnake Knob, was charged with driving while license revoked, resisting a public officer. A secured bond of $10,000 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

September 7

Erica Annette Browning, 27, of Stonewall Jackson Drive, was charged with larceny by employee. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Laurie Beegle made the arrest.

September 8

Harold James McClure, 50, of Green Street, was charged with injury to personal property, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. A secured bond of $600 was set. Matt Pelicer made the arrest.

September 9

Melvin Felton Butts, 20, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with possession of 5+ counterfeit instruments, attempting to obtain property by false pretense, obtaining ID by false information. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

Tonney Horatio Kerbay, 25, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with possession of 5+ counterfeit instruments, attempting to obtain property by false pretense. A secured bond of $15,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

Tamba Poindoe, 21, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with possession of 5+ counterfeit instruments, attempting to obtain property by false pretense, driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $20,000 was set. Timothy Lynn made the arrest.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department

September 2

Brittany Jade Matheson, 31, of Traveler’s Nest, was charged with felony conspiracy, possession/concealing stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering, forcible breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. A secured bond of $40,000 was set. Rollie James III made the arrest.

September 3

Rondy Lee Chastain, 24, of Stillhouse Branch Road, was charged with worthless checks. A written promise was given. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Robert Charles Austin, 60, of Fall Circle, was charged with failure to appear in court; assault on a government official/employee, trespass on railroad right of way, shoplifting, resisting a public officer, intoxicated and disruptive, communicating threats, larceny. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

September 4

Miranda Kathy Nations, 19, of Roundhill Road, was charged with resisting, obstructing, or delaying, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering. No bond was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.

Edward M. Apy-Tuhiso, 46, of Arthur Road, was charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. No bond was set. James Brown made the arrest.

Andy William McKinney, 38, of Oak Hill Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court; injury to real property, larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering, reckless driving, violation lane change, shoplifting. A secured bond of $16,000 was set. Dwight McMahan made the arrest.

Michael Justin Comeau, 32, of Brookdale Street, was charged as a fugitive from the state of Georgia. A secured bond of $50,000 was set. James Clawson made the arrest.

September 5

Michael Brandon Woodring, 21, of Riverpark Trailer Park, as charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

Jesse Daniel Pruitt, 26, of Southwoods Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court; possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Katrina Lynn Cook, 26, of Hungry Bear Campground, was charged with failure to appear in court; harassing phone calls. A secured bond of $500 was set. James Henry made the arrest.

Jennifer Queen Green, 32, of Dream Valley Road, was charged with larceny, possessing/concealing stolen property, larceny after breaking and entering, forcible breaking and entering, harboring and escapee, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear in court; maintaining a vehicle/dwelling to store a controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance. A secured bond of $34,000 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

September 6

James Henry Newcomer, 37, of Fresno Lane, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, larceny. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Micheal Ned Warren, 20, of Fresno Lane, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, larceny. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Belinda Marie Harris, 23, of Devin Drive, was charged with possession of stolen goods/property, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, larceny. A secured bond of $8,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

September 7

William John Kabboord, 64, of Match Pt, was charged with hit and run, failure to stop after property damage, injury to real property. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Brandon Elders made the arrest.

Keonta Monteece Ardrey, 34, of Wolfetown Road, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, failure to appear in court; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, possession of marijuana greater to 1/2 oz less than 1 1/2 oz., possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 8

Gregory Robert Lund, 26, of Flagstaff Drive, was charged with driving while license revoked, driving while impaired. A written promise was given. John Beegle, Jr, made the arrest.

Patricia Anne Russell Dunford, 45, of Ivy Ridge Road, was charged with larceny by employee. No bond was set. Ernest Scherman, III, made the arrest.
