The Macon County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin Police Department or Jackson County Sheriff’s Department made the following arrests Oct. 15-Oct. 19. Note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

October 15

Dennis Wayne Fesperman, 31, of Four Wheel Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court, failure to pay child support. A secured bond of $4,626 was set. Stephanie Robbins made the arrest.

Pamela Ann Goden, 53, of Hatfield Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 16

Emily Beth Cantrell, 33, of Pine Road, was issued a child support order. A secured bond of $836 was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

Jamie Patrick O’Neal, 21, of Buddy Gap Road, was charged with driving while impaired, driving left of center. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Lynn Dulakis made the arrest.

Melody Lynne Copeland, 28, of Roberts Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $500 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

October 17

Dennis Wayne Fesperman, 31, of Four Wheel Drive, charged with civil contempt; failure to pay child support as court ordered. A secured bond of $2,471 was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Ryan Justin Bradshaw, 16, of Olive Hill Road, was charged with possession of marijuana up to 1/2 ounce. A written promise was given. Jay Wright made the arrest.

Juan Carlos Ortega Lopez, 22, of Spring Street, was charged with driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Dezarn made the arrest.

October 18

Yaakov Safada, 47, of Main Street, was charged with driving while impaired. An unsecured bond of $500 was set. Chris Owen made the arrest.

Jamarcus Deon Sladen, 31, of Griffin, Ga., was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, interfering with emergency communications, fugitive warrant - failure to register as a sex offender. A secured bond of $150,000 was set. Mike Langley Sr. made the arrest.

Mitchell Lee Adams, 32, of Courtney Lane, was charged with failure to pay child support. No bond was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

October 21

Stephanie Nicole Smith, 22, of Wautaga Street, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, possessing/concealing stolen property. An unsecured bond of $2,000 was set. Cody Mitchell made the arrest.

Kelly Kristine Bates Mayhorn, 41, of Punch Bowl Drive, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

October 15

Aaron Cherise Parker, 32, of Roberts Road, was charged with resisting a public officer, drug violations - equipment/paraphernalia, failure to appear in court. A secured bond of $2,500 was set. Matthew Breedlove made the arrest.

Eugene Earnest McGilvery, 40, of Ridge Road, was charged with resisting a public officer, driving while license revoked, larceny, possessing/stealing stolen property. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

Andrew Parker Castro, 20, of Womack Street, was charged with driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Matt Pellicer made the arrest.

Hannah Joelle Asbury, 24, of Skylark Street, was charged with simple assault. No bond was set. Justin Norman made the arrest.

October 14

Kayla Elizabeth Pearson, 23, of Highway 28 Almond, was charged with failure to appear in court; larceny. A secured bond of $1,000 was set. Robert Nicholson made the arrest.

Paula Elizabeth Lawson, 47, of Tuts Terrace, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present, interfering with emergency communication, assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set. Harold Nicholson made the arrest.

Leeann Rose Kern, 30, of Lakeside Circle Drive, was charged with possession of stolen goods, obtaining property by false pretense, identity theft. A secured bond of $9,000 was set. Darrell Brooks made the arrest.

Jimmy David Williams, 44, of Rock Hill Church Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; driving while license revoked. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. William Hawkins made the arrest. No bond listed.

Bruce Laver Bynum, 60, of Green Creek Road, was charged with driving while impaired. A written promise was given. James Henry made the arrest.

Caridad Armas, 70, of Bradford Lane, was charged with failure to appear in court; trespassing. A secured bond of $500 was set. Josh Yopp made the arrest.

Daniel Loyd Morrison, 29, of Paul Cooper Road, was charged with failure to appear in court; no operators license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $30,000 was set. Stephen Watson made the arrest.

John Preston Rickman, 26, of Catolster Johnson Road, was charged with larceny after breaking and entering, breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm.

October 19
