The Macon County Sheriff’s Dept., Franklin Police Dept. or Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. made the following arrests May 12 - May 19. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Macon County Sheriff’s Department

May 13

Stephanie Amber Sanford, 23, was charged with larceny by an employee. A secured bond of $500 was set. Matthew Canzone made the arrest.

Frank Anthony Mercado, 27, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $24,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Tyler Ward Chandler, 17, of Lyle Mill Road, was charged with disorderly conduct, defacing a public building. No bond was set. Troy Burt made the arrest.

May 14

Abigail Lynne Rehkopf, 19, of Harper Lane, was charged with larceny by an employee. An unsecured bond of $5,000 was set. Dereck Jones made the arrest.

Jaime Teresa Howard, 28, of Patton Creekside Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. A secured bond of $4,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

Scotty Jason Elliot, 31, of Patton Creekside Drive, was charged with attempted larceny. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Anthony Hopkins made the arrest.

May 15

Sonny Bryant, 49, of Olive Hill Road, was charged with contempt of court. No bond was set. Jacob Bowers made the arrest.

Darrell Marjon Cape, 43, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond was set. Amber Wright made the arrest.

May 16

Justin Ryan Cochran, 22, of Morrison Church Road, was charged with driving while impaired, prearranged speed competition, reckless driving to endanger. A secured bond of $1,500 was set. Cody Mitchell made the arrest.

Arick Loren Quinton, 41, was charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. Kimberly Osborne made the arrest.

May 16

Paula Renee Anglin, 43, of Georgia Road, was charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor. A secured bond of $15,000 was set.

May 17

Charles Andrew Cochran, 21, was charged with manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Patrick Merritt made the arrest.

May 19

John Henry Tyte Jr., 23, was charged with parole and probation violations. A secured bond of $2,000 was set. Scott Nelson made the arrest.

Andrew Parker Castro, 21, was charged with resisting a public officer, disorderly conduct. A secured bond of $3,000 was set. Tracy Burt made the arrest.

Robert Ryan Oteri, 25, of Dearmin Terrace, was charged with failure to appear in court; no operator’s license, possession of marijuana. A secured bond of $1,000 was set.

May 12

Kenneth Rodney Heffner, 47, of Gentle Ridge, was charged with communicating threats. No bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Elizabeth Renee Plummer, 41, of Blue Wing Smiley Little John, was charged with failure to appear in court; failure to wear a seatbelt, driving while license revoked, violation of a court order, driving while impaired. A secured bond was set. Tyson Crawford made the arrest.

Moises Flores Santana, 34, of Heddy Mountain Road, was charged with communicating threats, child abuse, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon. No bond was set. John Beegle Jr. made the arrest.

Tracy Lynn Neugin, 35, of Thomas Valley Road, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense, uttering a forged instrument, forgery of endorsement, forger of instrument, resisting/ obstructing/delaying, possession of stolen property, larceny, probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court; simple affray. A secured bond of $133,500 was set. Rollie James, III, made the arrest.

Kelley Jean Robinson, 37, of Fawn Drive, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine. A secured bond of $5,000 was set. Andrew Parker made the arrest.
