Guitarist Brad Richter and Cellist Viktor Uzur performed at the Macon County Public Library Sunday afternoon to an appreciative audience.
Present at the concert was Perry Kelly who was the recipient of the inaugural North Carolina Art Education Association award presented Oct. 28 at a recent exhibition at Western Carolina Unversity. Kelly is credited with founding the NCAEA serving in numerous leadership positions including president and conference organizer.
In addition to these contributions, he has also served as an advocate for promoting visual arts education programs for every child in the state.
