When two phenomenal Christian artists take the stage to celebrate the reason for the holiday season, audiences can expect no less than an evening of spirit-lifting, inspiring music. Sandi Patty and Jason Crabb will bring their show, “A Celebration of the Christmas Season,” to the Smoky Mountain Center of the Performing arts on Saturday, Nov. 25. Showtime is set for 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $26 each.
Sandi Patty has performed in sold-out arenas across the nation. She’s a member of the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and has received five Grammy awards, four Billboard Music Awards, and 40 Dove Awards. Patty is the most awarded female vocalist in contemporary Christian music history.
Known for her wide vocal range, flexibility, and emotional expression, Patty has earned three platinum records, five gold records, and has sold 11 million albums. She is known throughout the music industry as “The Voice.”Jason Crabb is also a Grammy award winner, and has received nearly a dozen Dove Awards. For many years, he was the powerhouse lead vocal for The Crabb Family. His soulful, unforgettable voice has earned him the honor of performing for Rev. Billy Graham’s farewell crusade in New York City and a “fan favorite” spot at the Grand Ole Opry. Crabb is an extraordinary artist with a gift for interpreting lyrics.
