Arts & Entertainment Overlook Theatre presents ‘Annie Get Your Gun’

The Overlook Theatre Company, Franklin’s own group of performers dedicated to providing quality, family entertainment, will present Irving Berlin’s “Annie Get Your Gun,” a sharp-shootin’ musical comedy, at the Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts on April 18-21.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday’s performances will be at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday’s performance will be at 2:30 p.m. Adult tickets are $15 and student tickets are $10.

A fictionalized version of the life of Annie Oakley, a sharpshooter who starred in Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, “Annie Get Your Gun” has been a Broadway hit in both New York and London and has spurred many revivals throughout the last several decades.

Show tunes such as, “There’s No Business Like Show Business” and “Anything You Can Do” are recognized world-wide.

Paired with hilarious comedy and rousing dance numbers, “Annie Get Your Gun” will entertain audiences of all ages.

This two-act production is sponsored by Kurti Orthodontics.
