Arts & Entertainment Artists sought for Dillsboro fall fine art festival

Junette Pell demonstrates her art in front of Magnolia’s Jewelry in Dillsboro (Colorfest 2012).Colorfest Art & Taste of Appalachia is looking for artists of all mediums to participate in the fifth annual fine art festival to be held on Oct. 5, in the historic town of Dillsboro, N.C.

Regional fine artists are invited to apply. The selected artists artwork will be displayed in a shop in Dillsboro, North Carolina, from Sept. 5 until the culmination art festival on Oct. 5 and also featured on colorfestartblog. com. The artist's creativity will be spotlighted during the beautiful fall color season in Western North Carolina. Interacting with the public from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Oct. 5, the artists have the opportunity to show how their art is created and to sell their artwork as well.
