Arts & Entertainment Agatha Award winner to present new book at library

Agatha Award winner Susan M. Boyer, author of “Lowcountry Boil,” will present her new book, “Lowcountry Bombshell,” on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 7 p.m. at the Macon County Public Library.

“Lowcountry Boil” is a romantic mystery featuring Liz Talbot. When Liz’s grandmother is killed, Liz hightails it back to her South Carolina island home to find the killer. In “Lowcountry Bombshell,” Liz thinks she’s seen another ghost when she meets Calista McQueen, the spitting image of Marilyn Monroe. Books will be available at the autographing, or at Books Unlimited.

Contact Books Unlimited at (828)369-7942 or the library at (828)524-3600.
