Features RE/MAX Elite Realty and Four Seasons join forces

Two of the area’s successful real estate companies are joining forces to create a franchise that will serve a vast area of Franklin.

RE/MAX Elite Realty and Four Seasons, a long-time independent real estate firm, will merge under the RE/MAX Elite Realty name and under the leadership of Brokers and Co- Owners Ron Winecoff and Justin Harrell.

“We felt like this was an excellent opportunity to combine the great depth of knowledge and experience in these offices into one, within a brand name that’s recognized around the world,” said Winecoff. “Together we have some of the most outstanding agents in the local market who provide the best customer service. The merger of our offices will add to the support services, training opportunities, resources and tools that our agents and customers will have access to and we couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity for all our agents.”

RE/MAX Elite Realty, with four agents, has claimed a major share of the local real estate market since opening its doors in 2009. Now they join forces with Four Seasons owner Linda Gregory and three experienced agents from the office, Bill McGaha, Teresa Murray and Cheryl Penix.

“We’re very pleased to be joining RE/MAX Elite Realty and are excited to be part of a global network of the most professional agents in the business,” said Gregory.

RE/MAX Elite Realty will move its offices to the Four Seasons office, centrally located at 1296 East Main St.
