The Franklin Chamber of Commerce, along with Mayor Joe Collins, recently welcomed Russell Hawkins with Edward Jones Investments to Franklin’s business community with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Russell W. Hawkins II, a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, has opened his office at 141 Iotla Street, Suite 141, in Franklin. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.





The Franklin Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting introducing PNC Bank to Franklin. Located at 100 West Main Street, in Franklin, the bank was formerly RBC.
After 55 years of operating on Main Street, People’s will be closing it’s doors in January.
