Special birthday present delivered at AMC

When April Rios went into labor the last thing on her mind was how special the birth of her daughter would actually be.

As Sophia Rios entered the world on Monday, April 23, she became a most special birthday present.

“Sophia was born on her Mom’s birthday,” said Bonnie Peggs, AMC Director of Marketing & Public Relations.

“However, what makes this birth so special is the fact that it is also her grandfather, Paul Burd’s birthday. What a great birthday gift for both her mom and grandfather.”
