UPDATE: AMC sponsored Walk for Your Heart cancelled

On Saturday, Feb. 19, Angel Medical Center Rehab will sponsor a 1-mile Walk for Your Heart.

The walk will start at Tartan Hall, with registration at 10:30, the walk beginning at 11 am.

Registration is $20 which includes a t-shirt, and lunch.

Dr. Kit Helm, Medical Director for AMC Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab Department, will give a short talk on Heart Healthy Diet during lunch.

Walk for Your Heart is open to the public.
