Angel Primary Care announces the addition of Melanie Denny to the staff as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Denny brings her clinical experience with both adults and children to the practice. Her early nursing career includes five years in several U.S. Army medical facilities, including time in Kosovo, Iraq, and Germany.
After completing her military service, she has worked at medical facilities in Eastern North Carolina and Virginia.
Denny received her BSN from the University of Virginia and her MSN from Duke University. She is in the process of completing her DNP, Doctor of Nursing Practice, from the University of Virginia.
