This November, Mission Adult Medicine will welcome a new physician to its team. Jennifer Dukowicz, MD, is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and has more than 10 years of experience as a primary care physician.
“We are pleased to have Dr. Dukowicz join us at Mission Adult Medicine,” said Kristi Sink, MHA, vice president of Ambulatory and Ancillary Services for Mission Health. “She has demonstrated an incredible passion for patient-centered care and is already familiar with the Asheville community. She will be a valuable asset to our team.”
Prior to joining Mission Adult Medicine, Dr. Dukowicz worked as a Clinical Physician for Asheville Internal Medicine. She previously served as a Clinician Educator and Clinical Physician at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. Dr. Dukowicz completed her residency and internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
“Mission Adult Medicine represents the highest quality of healthcare in our region, and I am thrilled to join their talented team of physicians and staff,” said Dr. Dukowicz. “I look forward to being a partner in health to the patients we serve in western North Carolina.”
