The date is Saturday, Aug. 6, at the Rabun County Civic Center in Clayton, Ga. The festivities are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. with the doors opening at 6:30 p.m. The evening’s entertainment will once again be the Flashback band — featuring beach, disco, Motown and party music. The community is donating various types of art, gift certificates and services for a silent auction. Many restaurants will showcase their specialty food items.

The 2011 proceeds will benefit KIDS Place and REACH of Macon County.

Your business or organization may contribute by sponsoring a table. A Gold Table Sponsor receives premium seating for eight, top advertisement and special table extras for a $1,000 donation. The $500 Silver level sponsorship includes reserved seating for eight, advertisement and special table extras.

Zonta requests that all table sponsorships, auction donations, and food sponsorships be submitted by July 22. Individual tickets for the event may be purchased for $45 at the Chamber of Commerce, (828)524-3161. Make your plans now to attend and enjoy music, dancing, food, desserts, beer, champagne and wine tasting. For more information contact Connie Grubermann at (828)349-9194 or any Zonta Club member.
