Franklin realtors hand out scholarships

The Franklin High School graduates received $700 each for college studies in the fall.

The Realtors hosted a Breakfast at Fatz Café on April 30 and sold Arby’s meal booklets to raise the funds for the scholarships.

Keller Williams Realty held a Blood Drive on May 12, collecting 24 units of blood; enough to sustain 72 lives.

They also held a Fishing Tournament on Lake Chatuge on May 14t with more than $1,500 going to local charities in the Franklin area.

The Board of Realtors participated in the Relay for Life Program June 3 and held an Auction June 10 to benefit this most important cause.

More than $3,200 has been raised so far through the Realtors efforts.
