Norris receives citation

Immediate Past Rotary Club’s of Franklin President Mike Norris (R) receives a Rotary Presidential Citation for his clubs efforts this past year in 100 percent annual program fund contribution as well as exceeding overall club attendance.

The award was presented by current club president Gary Dills (L) at the Oct. 3 meeting.
