Stewart wins Cowee quilt raffle

Frankabelle Scruggs (left) of the Cowee Quilters, and Belle Stewart, winner of the annual Cowee Quilt Raffle at the Mistletoe Magic Arts and Crafts Show on Nov. 24.

Proceeds from the quilt benefit the Cowee Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.

Stewart is from Fines Creek, is a volunteer at the annual arts and crafts show and a jewelry crafter.

She purchased the winning ticket the weekend of the event and she plans to use and enjoy the quilt.
