Franklin's first baby of the year Riley Irene Wood was born on Jan. 2, 2013, at 4:40 a.m., at Angel Medical Center.
She weighed in at 6 lbs., 14 oz., and is 18 3/4 inches long.
Her parents are Sterling Whorton and Duran Wood both of Franklin.
Grandmother Glenda Kelly is also pictured.
