The Factory donated close to a ton of canned goods to Macon County CareNet in Franklin, collecting 1,937 pounds of food. This helped CareNet during one of their toughest times of the year – the winter months.
“What a beautiful thing it is when we ... work together to meet the needs of our community. Hunger is a feeling that no one should ever have to experience," says Jonathan Drake, manager of The Factory.
The Factory is committed to the local community and achieving record-setting goals in this annual event. Their partnership with CareNet helps build awareness of the growing needs for donations in feeding Macon County’s hungry.
CareNet is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation. All donations are used to help Macon County residents exclusively.
