On Sunday, March 13, Pastor Benny Bagwell will celebrate 22 years as Pastor of the Victory Baptist Church on Cowee Mountain. Pastor Bagwell and his wife, Beth and their three children came to the church on the second Sunday of March in 1989. Victory is the only church that Bagwell has ever pastored. Before pastoring, Bagwell was a Christian School Administrator.
Pastor Bagwell will speak at the 11 a.m. service. At 6 p.m., the church choir and special musicians will present an hour-long program of singing followed by a finger food fellowship.
