Alicia Frazee of Holly Springs, N.C. is the winner of a raffle conducted by The Gem and Mineral Society of Franklin.
The society has been selling raffle tickets for a Brazilian aquamarine pendant and matching earrings valued at approximately $300.
The stones were cut, faceted, set, and donated by member Arlon Eldridge.
The Gem and Mineral Society of Franklin will be holding a raffle every year for extraordinary gemstone jewelry. Tickets for the next raffle can be acquired at the Franklin Gem & Mineral Museum, downtown Franklin, which is run entirely by its members who give voluntarily of their time. The drawing for this year’s ticket was done at a recent board meeting.
