AT hikers celebration and 18th anniversary Saturday

April 1, 1994 was the opening day with three eagles soaring in the sky as the Three Eagles Outfitters sign was mounted on the first mini 300 sq. ft. shop in Westgate Plaza.

From these small beginnings with a very modest number of hikers to its present nearly 10, 000 sq. ft. building, Three Eagles still serves AT through hikers — now over 1,000 a year, not including the section hikers, vacation hikers, day hikers, and just those who love the great outdoors.
