Maybe Congress has learned something

Perhaps the reason Congress has been so proficient these past few days is that they proposed and voted on bills purely on their individual merits, instead of combining bills in a take-it-or-leave-it method they seem to favor. Someone will always object to some part of a lumped-together offering.

Do you think they have learned anything from this?
