Opinion Letters What is Socialism?

What exactly is Socialism? Socialism can be explained in two words, “government control.”

The majority of people do not even know that there are only eight levels of control that must be obtained before you create a social state known as socialism.

1.) Healthcare: Control healthcare and you control the people and their medical needs.

2.) Poverty: Increase the poverty level as high as possible. Poor people are easy to control and won’t fight back if you give them everything they need to survive.

3.) Debt: Keep increasing the debt to an unsustainable level, then you can increase taxes and produce more poverty.

4.) Gun control: Remove the ability for people to defend themselves from the government. Then you are able to create a police state.

5.) Welfare: Take control of every aspect of people’s lives – food, housing, income, etc.

6.) Religion: Remove the belief of God from our government, schools and America. Shut out Christian voices.

7.) Education: Take control of what people read and listen to, (Our media). Take control of what our children learn in school, (in the process).

8.) Class Warfare: Divide the American people into two groups. The wealthy, the poor. This will cause more discontent and make it easier to tax the wealthy, with all the poor supporters behind them.

If anyone cannot see this is exactly what is happening right now in our Land of the Free “America,” you definitely are living in the dark ages. Americans better wake up and take back control of our God-given country. All our veterans have fought and died for our freedom. Don’t we owe them all something? Remember, for evil to prevail it only takes a few good men to do nothing
