Senior Games gearing up for 2011 competition

The 21st Annual Macon County Senior Games, hosted by the Macon County Recreation Department will be held April 18-May 14.

Senior Games is a yearround organization for fun and fellowship for anyone 55 years and older.

Seniors meet throughout the year for practice, ice cream socials, fund raisers, flea markets and fellowship, culminating in competition every spring.

Games include athletics, Silver Arts, and Silver Striders.

Registration is $15. The deadline for registration is April 25.
